This sounds odd, but I'm looking for the little black rubber screw covers that go around the LCD screen. I need some replacements for a computer and I'm working on and I've looked on Ebay and it seems they are hard to find. I found some that appear about the right size but they are $1 each! I found a whole sheet of them for $1 but they aren't the right size. Seems like a very common and cheap item but I can't seem to find them for a decent price anywhere.

Any thoughts? I'd like to buy a few keep them in stock to replace ones that peel off and need to be replaced.

Hi, I use a multi size hole punch from a craft shop, often used on belts or for making grommet holes, and some cheap pencil erasers / rubber sheet designed for drawer / toolbox liners. I'm sure macho hardware stores also stock them too :D

excellent solution. Going to have to pick one of those things up and find the paper your talking about. I haven't been in a craft store for a long time. lol

Wow great idea! So they look good when you apply them? I've got one of those leather punches, so all I need is the self-adhesive rubber.

However, now that I think about it, the rubber screw covers I need stick out the edge of the screen bezel and have a smooth rounded edge... Not sure the punch could produce that...
