Looking For website Feedback

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if I could have some feedback on my website

Known issues
*Waiting on final deliverables logo from designer
*Need a better stock image for the home page, as well as a line of text above the call to action on the home page.
*Maintenance Packages page, has wrong data in the table.
*Repair Status page, I need to change the width on the Mhelpdesk iFrame, I may have to get rid of the side menu to fit in the mhelpdesk interface, also I know it has my old logo on there.
*Internal URLs on the about page need fixing
*Need some images for services pages.
*Some content for the services pages still being typed.

I somehow also need to specify who im targeting, I can put a banner up with something like support you at your home. I am targeting mainly residential. Although I do have services pages for outlook and sharepoint. Every now and again I came across people who run business from their home.

You should check out the Mhelpdesk Online booking widget. Instead of using the online contact form, you can embed a button.

I saw that you already have a "Book an Appointment" button on your homepage. Here is a sample of the Mhelpdesk booking widget you can add to your website:

I like your website. It is organized well and is easy to navigate. The only comment I have is related to the top navigation bar. On the computer I am using right now (Acer Netbook) - The Testimonials and Contact wrap on to a second line. Do not know if this would be true if I was looking at your website with my larger laptop. However, you might want to reduce the size of the top navigation bar so that it appears correctly on all devices.
