Just found about this on Macrium's latest Webinar ...
Pretty neat and a very useful DR tool. With it you can open a Reflect full system backup and boot the image directly as a VM, straight into Hyper-V. I believe it works with VMware too, but I've only tested it with Hyper-V so far.
With Hyper-V, there's no conversion time; just select the backup file, viBoot takes a few seconds to mount the image then it automatically adds the VM to Hyper-V Manager and boots it up.
And best of all, it's free!
