Mhelpdesk.... How it has helped us.

How does MHDesk go with those of us who need to report Goods and Services tax every 3 months? does MHDesk allow you to do this?

I have to admit the reporting in MH is by far not the best for financial purposes.
It does have some reports that can be ran. However this is best done in QB's to pull your financial reports.
 
Hello, I'm trying to integrate the Submit ticket into my Joomla 1.5 website. When someone submit's a ticket and click submit, I get this error":confused:

Actually it was my error, I was using an older link in the iframe wrapper, there support is OUTSTANDING and they helped me out quickly! I'm glad I chose mHelpdesk, it works great and it's easy to use ! This will make my business run so smooth! Next I will be purchasing he callthatgirl remote guide and Bryce's Business Kit :)

Hey guys, to everyone that has been asking about a payment system for retail, we are working hard on getting this out to you. Many of you already know that we'll be allowing your clients to pay online using Paypal or a Authorize.NET (Phase 1). Since the payments are pretty standard, we'll also be adding support so you guys can sell products without having to open a ticket (Phase 2). At least you'll have the option to use something like a "virtual" terminal.

Our goal is to be the "ultimate" app, eliminating the need to jump back and forth between several systems. Obviously, there's no silver bullet, but we'll be cutting down as many steps as possible for stuff like this.

Once you guys have that, it'll be a no-brainer for me. Right now, a healthy mixture of PCRT and Freshbooks works for me. But, your software offers a lot more specificity to me than Freshbooks does, as Freshbooks is more general in nature, and not geared specifically to IT support.

Once you bring PayPal up and enable accepting online payments, you'll have a new customer in me.
 
There is to some extent, unfortunately it is terribly broken as of the last few updates. If it doesn't get fixed soon, I may be jumping ship.

To be fair, MHelpdesk has been great for the most part, we just have a few unresolved problems as of late. Vincent has contacted me personally to help us find a solution to our recent inventory problems and hopefully we can get them sorted out. I'll update with the result.
 
They took down their Community Forum -
Not good idea IMO - the community was making their product so much better...
 
Yeah, I hope not too. They are still very active with my requests and I have a lot! They do a great job at keeping up with the needs of all of their clients, still a happy client here.

It seems MH doesn't like members of it's community being honest about the product and posting their views and showing other community members the issues in their service. They don't seem to take criticism very well, as they delete your post if its not within their guidelines of what they want and don't want to be seen by other members.

Notice the new rules now stress on polite feedback - so post wisely.

MH this is business, not meant to take personally. They need a bit thicker skin.

Just to update this thread - We have moved on to another service.
Did not like the direction MH appears to be going.

On a positive note - Their customer support is nice & quick, just not always clear or understand what you are asking them.
 
What software did you move to. Looking at mhelpdesk at the moment but there are a few little things not quite right with it

I would like to give a try to Helpdesk, but it's limited only to 1 tax and also the name of the province is not well spell , I try to submit a ticket , but you have to pay for it. ( Will not pay for something not working for me )

Hey pc-quebec, The province name has been updated in your account. You should see Quebec now. We are also adding support for multi-tax rates per invoice. This will support businesses in countries that requires multiple tax rates to be charged on a single invoice. Look for this in the next couple of weeks. Thanks!
