[SOLVED] Need help de-bugging a laptop

Just heard back from the customer. Keyboard replaced yesterday by Dell tech, and is working as expected. She also found a large plastic bag to store the laptop in while not in use. She did not respond to my query about if she spilled something on the keyboard.
