So I started my one man msp with just my cell number, now that I've grown this had become an issue as I can only route the incoming calls.

I have hosted VoIP with Intermedia but only use this to place calls from my other tech or to call out to clients.

I need to somehow get my cell number to become route able both text and calls to the hosted VoIP.

I have only come up with porting number to google voice and then having Google voice call the auto attendant number in Intermedia. With this solution clients can still text me and I'll receive in hangout.

I'm not sure I want to rely on Google for this and rather a command that has support.

Intermedia can port the number but text messages will not work.

Thanks and Merry Christmas

I tried out ring central got hosted VoIP and was not impressed. Very expensive, outsourced support

I am trialing RingCentral right now and do like their functionality but also concerned with offshore support. Curious to what others may suggest....

I use ooma office but of course no text messages. The only idea that comes up in my head is the same google voice idea. I really only got the ooma office for a simple IVR so that these scumbag telemarketers would stop bothering me. They won't push an option so they won't make my phone ring.

Not sure this will help, but I've been using Analytic Call Tracking for a couple of years now. It's a self hosted system that works with Twilio that allows you to inexpensively track many number. I personally use it and I use it for my clients. On their website they are selling it for $99/mo but through WarriorForum you can buy it for $99 one time fee. That's what I'm using.
