The guy doing the soundtrack has a very pleasing voice to listen to. Actually it sounds excellent - very clear and mellifluous
The tips are good. Actually it kept me interested all the way through
I think the whole thing is really well put together.
Its a quality piece of work. A pleasure to watch. Nice to look at, nice to listen to, and above all,
informative.
But...
(you knew there was a 'but' coming, right?)
So, if Im understanding correctly from your original post, this is a 'hook' for more business. However there is something thats missing.
You're giving great quality content - which is fantastic - but
there's no impetus for the customer to contact you.
You give them the info, but there's no invitation or incentive that has any significant compelling strength to move them to pick up the phone or drop you an email.
I think people expect these days when they watch this sort of 'infomercial' that there will be a commercial/invitational element. There's nothing wrong with being explicit about this.
In this particular instance, I think it would be worth 'setting the scene' for your offer at the outset - "Later in the video I will show you how to get a free ... [insert special offer here that involves a phone call or email contact*], but first let me tell you how to...."
Then at the end, "So now to really grow your business
contact us for your free...[special offer / contact deal*]"
Doesnt matter what [*] is ... just make the most potent hook you can think of that will allow you the opportunity to pitch paid services to the most possible customers (think mass-appeal; someone just about anyone with a vested interest in your video would also want).
You want to compel as many viewers as possible to contact you as soon after they have watched the video as possible.
This video would make a great foot in the door. But first you have to get to there from the other side of the fence, and Im not sure this video in its present state is quite able to bridge that gap to actual customer contact.
However, add a 'hook' and that should fix this limitation.
As far as the actual content goes, I have no criticisms. Its great!
