Office 365 calendar missing in outlook

I have a client that has 2 office 365 exchange emails in one profile. They use both emails so much. They insist both be in the same profile.

Here is the problem.

one calendar all of sudden is not showing up on the list and is not able to send a calendar invite from that account. I can send a regular email from both accounts. Its only the calendar. They have there outlook set up this way on multiple computers. It is only happening on this one pc.

I have tried so far
closed outlook
restarted
ran scanpst on both ost files. Found issues in both. Which let it repair.
Deleted the OST file and repopulated it


I have spent a couple hours researching on google and still don't have a good answer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
 
How did you add the 2nd email? Is it a 2nd account? Or did you add it via permissions?

Also when in doubt... nuke the Outlook Profile from orbit and start over.

I added it right in outlook. It had been working for months.

I did try a brand new outlook profile. Still same issues. I was thinking maybe just a new windows profile might help.
