Outlook creating duplicates when moving folders

Hello, I got an issue where a user is using outlook 2019 and G suite outlook sync tool to connect the user g suite account to their outlook 2019 the problem I am having is that when the user creates a folder in the inbox and move that folder to another folder some of the emails don't move or it creates a duplicates folder and they will have two folders. This all just started I have had this user using this type of setup for some time without any issues. Any suggestions on what could be going on?

Obviously g suite is the culprit as OUtlook does not do that by itself I would contact g suite to try and get an answer
check what add-ins are running. you might have to do a simple workaround like deleting offending folders
and not move them so much.
is it the same using move as opposed to drag and drop, it sounds more like a human intervention.
I can't remember last time I moved a folder in Outlook.
sorry not being much help, just thought I would suggest something since no one else has in nearly a week
