Page file corrupt

She lives to far for me to do a service call. She was a referal from another person I serviced that is why she gave me a call. I wasn't sure if remote support would work using dial up. I told her I would research it and give her a call back when I find things that is why I used google and posted a message here. I told her from the beginning I haven't seen many problems with the pagefile but I would try to help her. I agree it would be easier if I had it sitting in front of me rather that trying to tell her what buttons to press..

I want to thank everyone for there help..I will keep searching or tell her to take it somewhere closer to her.

So, did this problem get resolved? Was deleting the pagefile the solution that worked? If a suggestion works for you, let the forum members know so that other people who look at the post won't be wasting their time reading through a flame war. I would suggest even editing the initial post with the solution because I for one, could care less about the bickering. I am just here to help and the non-constructive posts make it take twice as long to find out if there was a solution.

well i didnt know where it was at first i knew where it might be and then found it but that was just because i hadnt needed to do that before i taught myself using my own pc before i even touched someone elses
btw where did bryce say he only wants seniors because that user is sadley mistaken if he thinks were ranked on technical ability because were ranked on how active we are in the fourms 30 post gets you member status and i think ist 100 to get senior some one may need to correct me though
