She lives to far for me to do a service call. She was a referal from another person I serviced that is why she gave me a call. I wasn't sure if remote support would work using dial up. I told her I would research it and give her a call back when I find things that is why I used google and posted a message here. I told her from the beginning I haven't seen many problems with the pagefile but I would try to help her. I agree it would be easier if I had it sitting in front of me rather that trying to tell her what buttons to press..
