Pics of your Work Areas!

Here is my desk which also doubles as my work area. I can't post links yet, but the picture has notes via my flickr account. We also have a work vehicle which I'll get some pictures of when things thaw out around here.

tartis - Nice logo.
Still designing my site, and working on a logo. trying to get the sand theme in the logo :)
Now same question stands Did the car advertisement pays off?

So far I have total of three cars, welling to put advertisement on back windshiled.

The truck ad paid off with one web-site deal and a repair from the same customer. Already made my money back in 2-3 months. Brand recognition is important. People will see the truck all over town.

I think there's a new thread about this. I remember posting in it a few months/weeks back.

Our workshop etc

Hi guys - being my first post and all, I thought I'd join in and show our setup.

My desk is a bit messy, but I run 2x 22" HP screens, 1650x1280 is great for RDP, Bomgar remote support, web design etc.

Our workshop is nearly finished... It has been running for about 3 years now - and has just undergone a revamp to try and make it more 'presentable' and open... less cloak and dagger!

Cheers - Mik (Fivenines UK Ltd)

Need more shelves. All that wall space isn't being utilized. :D Also I think I need some nice green glowies behind my monitors.

Fair comment, but the picture doesn't really do it justice. I usually just leave my car in car parks / supermarket for long periods of time to catch people walking past it, rather than other drivers on the road, because to be honest, I can't say I've ever got other company details when I've been driving.

How have you found the response from leaving it in car parks?

1 job which has nearly paid for it.

I bought them from a guy on ebay for £64.99 including postage, and fitted them to my car myself. I'm so pleased with quality of the vinyl and would be more than happy to pass on his details if anyone in the UK wants advertising on their vehicle.

I have a back windshield decal and sometimes I noticed people at lights leaning on there steering wheel writing down my info.. lol I deff always read other peoples car advertisements though while driving.. Especially the flashy ones nowadays..

Guy had it on Craigslist E-mailed asked him how much and his reply was "I need to get rid of it, make me an offer". I replied with "I really don't care, I don't need it just thought I might be interested". His reply was $250. I forgot about it for a few days and then I got another e-mail from him saying "OK, how about $100"....haha picked it up that day. Pretty sweet case, enclosed, shelves etc

So your telling us you bought what is likely a stolen rack? I don't buy things off CL becuase the pirces are sometimes too good to be true so either a scam or stolen is my bet with many things thus I just don't do it

Actually you can get a rack for super cheap off of craigslist. I traded about 4 - 6 Pentium 1 & 2 laptops for a rack 2 or 3 years ago. It definitely wasn't stolen either. People just stop having a need for the rack and then it's a big object just sitting in the way.

I'm curious,
how did you come to the conclusion that the rack is ~most likely stolen~?
