Outlook does not natively support this. If you select all emails (or just some of them) in a folder and print to PDF using either MS's default "Print to PDF" printer or another PDF printer, you get all of the emails in a single PDF. I don't know why my client wants to do this, but does anyone know of a 3rd party product that supports this functionality?

Would getting Power Automate involved somehow be part of the answer?

Likely - I'm not a programmer and I'm not going to be volunteering to write something, I was just searching for an answer other than "you are going to have to work this out yourself." I'm going to tell him to ask ChatGPT, haha. That's probably what I would do if I wanted to accomplish this.

Just FYI, if the resulting mega PDF that is the result from doing this has consistent markers as far as where one message ends and another begins, it might be a fairly easy task to use PDF SAM (PDF Split & Merge) to split them, or maybe just add a ToC to the start to allow easy location of individual messages.
