Firstly, this is my personal rig... So there's that...

No here's the quick story:
  • I have 5.1 surround sound on my PC.
  • Motherboard audio dies.
  • I just install this crappy card that was laying around my store. Because it just works… : https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829117105 Please note this is a link to Newegg to show what product I am currently using.... don't buy this crap.
  • Get a 4k tv added onto my battlestation.
  • My layout now looks like this:

  • Problem is my surround is lopsided when watching movies on the 4k screen.
  • Do you know any solutions (under $100) that’d “remap” my speakers, so I can change from movies to gaming?
  • the end

I *think* I understand what you're trying to do. You want the whole sound setup to be "centered" around the TV when you're watching movies and "centered" around the middle monitor when you're gaming. Unless you had two completely separate sets of speakers and some kind of 5-channel A-B switch, I don't think you'll find what you're looking for. Ooh! maybe some kind of rotating floor..... do you know any set designers? :D

I'm not sure what you mean by it being lopsided....
So when I watch movies on the TV (green line) the L, R, C speakers, are all in my right ear, instead of being in front of me. I would like something that could remap the speakers.

the setup works great for gaming, because the speakers are angled correctly looking at the 3 monitors. but I need to remap them for the TV so that they are:
BL > L
L > C
C > R
R > BR
BR > BL

Ahh, OK. I get it now.

Unfortunately I can't think of a way to make that work without a lot of hassle every time you switch screens.
As Computer Bloke mentioned, could you just use the TV as your center screen for gaming and movies? Or does that throw off your triple monitor setup for gaming?

There are some audio switching devices and software.... but I don't think those would apply to what you're trying to do.

Way back in the day I was able to use just the standard software package that came with the Creative Labs Soundblaster card. I remember remapping it to screw with my brother because he would get on my computer and play Day of Defeat without my permission so I wanted him to hear footsteps from the wrong direction.

I know your budget is under $100, but...
Have you visited a dedicated "Audio and Sound Entertainment" store?
You could just nose around and ask questions.
Maybe they could put you on to some S/H gear that may suit your needs?
