Remote Incident Manager (RIM) by Pneuma Solutions
This class of software is not something that figures large in the life of those of us who serve the residential and micro-business markets. But I know that there are many here who are in other market segments where this class of software is common.
I'm asking mostly because I'm curious whether it's "really niche" or in reasonably common use. It's the only one of the remote control utilities out there that claims to be entirely accessible by screen reader users on both sides of the equation. Most of the other products like AnyDesk, Teamviewer, etc., are not, on either side of the equation.
For those in the "areas of technical practice" where this kind of utility is more commonly in use, have you ever encountered RIM?
