Remote Support for Mobile devices

Hi,

I thought i should contribute something with me being new here. I was looking for a way to support mobile devices (android, iphone etc). I found an app called Team Viewer. You must have it installed locally on a machine but then can support mobile users by directing them to the mobile app. They generate a code and pass to you which creates the connection. Oh, and its free for non-commercial use!!!
