Hi folks,
I've got this request to stop/remove Google calendar showing up on this customer's computer. Since Win10 now on 11.
She was the office mgr and was using her personal calendar on her work computer. Now that she's leaving the Co she'd like to remove this.
The work computer does not show up as a device connected to her calendar in her Google account settings when she accesses the account from her home computer. So it can't be disconnected from there.
Plus that the calendar only shows up at the login/lock screen and updates accordingly.
I've got no idea where to look to disable this.
Any input mucho gracias :)Login screen1.jpg

For complete clarity, is this person using MS Outlook to manage their Gmail and Google Calendar or not?

I have never seen this done by Google Calendar itself. Outlook, however, can display calendar information, and that includes a Google Calendar that is synced into Outlook. Also if you sync into the Calendar app, as it can be set to display on the lock screen

Yes, she does use Outlook from O365

That could be where to investigate indeed.
Plus disconnecting the sync in Outlook
Exact same scenario indeed
Will check it out for her and report back
Mucho gracias 🙇‍♂️
