Review My Website

I like the current design but have you considered a mobile theme? I have noticed almost half my traffic on one of my sites comes from mobile devices so probably the same with you.
Your site is hard to read on a smart phone and gives a bad 'user experience' rating which impacts your search engine rankings.

"On average most laptop and mobile device repairs are completed same-day if possible"

i don't understand this sentence. it's like saying everything is blue except for things that aren't.

Hmm, I have considered doing one. Have just been wondering if it's worth it with many phones pushing 1080p or above. Entire pages are view-able now; phones are getting faster and screens are getting bigger. I've seen mobile pages that look ugly on smartphones with big screens. Would take a bit of playing around

The wording is a bit unclear in some places, as a customer I would get the impression that the there is a very limited scope to the services you offer, in fact just virus removals and screen replacements. I think you need to expand on your services more.

Do you know support business? You mention "your home" too often but you really need to be targeting businesses. Most my customers are home based, but most my income comes from my few business customers.

Looks clean. Seems most of your business is picked up from tablet and phone repair. I like the home page. What web service did you use for creating your website?

With all due respect. Did you check pages other than the home page? There are at least 2 or 3 other pages that explain quite a few of my other services in detail. Plus I have screenshots and images of various other repairs. What else more do you think I need to have?

I used Wix. I however designed the page from scratch from a blank template. Wix can do some pretty cool things if you put enough time in to it.

Page load times are pretty slow. The home page took over 30 sec to load for me. I have never used wix, is it myself based?

I use wix as well and have learned it pretty well. Just wanted to know what you used for you contact page. It looks really nice.

I checked it all, it was just the impression I got that you mainly repaired screens on laptops and tablets and remove viruses. I think this page is the confusing bit http://www.rexbytes.com/#!computerrepairsc/c1seb as the services listed look too black and white and I am sure this is not the case. I can see the table is in fact under a heading virus removals, but when you're quickly glancing at the page it is not obvious hence my confusion. Maybe it needs something to separate it a little better? If you get in the mindset that a customer will probably only spend a few seconds looking at the site. The rest of the site is good and I like the fact it looks clean, I think with slightly clearer headings the pages will flow much better.

Then under Windows you have listed hardware repairs which is also a little confusing.

I think that page should just be called repairs, rather than Windows Repairs :).

Looks good but loaded super slow.

Hmm, just out of curiosity. What kind of device, browser, and internet are you using? On my desktop it took about 3-6 seconds to load fully and this machine isn't anything fancy. History and cookies were cleared and I loaded it in a private browser.

Load Time = Not bad
Links = Some don't load. Specifically the ones for the mobile device services
Wording/Grammar = Repetition of what others have said

When I click on services, this is what I see: "I FIX COMPUTER VIRUSES!!!"

Then when I get over to Windows: "This is all I can do with a Windows computer, which isn't viruses..."

From the start to finish, I feel that you are focused on mobile devices and screen repairs.

That is exactly what I have been trying to say but you say it in a much more concise way ;)

responsive design is the way to go as its the same site that adjusts for mobile

I'm getting slow response times also. Some things you do seem scattered. This is something that I did and correcting this issue now. Looking at your website makes me think about how confusing the customer may get and when they looked at mine.

Doing what I can.

Have just made a few usability and interface changes. Check it out. What do you think? I can only do so much for site speed. It runs great on a desktop or a laptop, but in it's current state it will continue to load slow on phones and tablets. Just a byproduct of how my page is coded.

Edit: Strange that many of you find my site confusing. I think just about every customer that has mentioned my page commented that it was very straightforward, simple, and to the point. Out of curiosity, how does it confuse you?

I like what you did on the home page. You did help to make it a little more straight forward. The only thing is that the images seem to compress slowly. Those load last.
