Software to convert MS account to local account

I'm terrible at finding past threads. Can anyone tell me the software that's been recommended before to convert a MS account to a local account? It's for an account that's locked out with the whole pin number garbage and no one has it. No password option etc.

This method has helped before.

I just can't remember what the software was...seems like there was something that'd convert to local without having anything. This customer might prefer that over making new account and moving over data etc.

Is the hard drive encrypted? That makes a difference unless you know the key.

Most likely if it was originally setup with a PIN.

Got lucky and they guessed the pin lol. Thanks for the reminder on the encryption. I removed it after getting back in and also just converted to local account.
