Struggling to source hybrid drive in UK

Hi all, have a Lenovo Yoga 2 with a faulty drive, its a Western Digital Black 500GB with native 16GB NAND. The model is WD5000M22K–24Z1LT0.
i cannot fit a "normal" hdd for 2 reasons, this W.D. Black uses a small form factor 8784 Edge Card Connector (never seen this before) and has a depth of only 5mm.
Its the connection and size i'm struggling with, i called Western Dig who said the drive wasn't in their system so i would need to contact their distributors.
Fair enough, i tried Ingram Micro, CMS Distribution, Micro-P, Avnet Tech Solutions, Computers Unlimited and finally Hemini (Who are some how linked as the Lenovo parts people apparently) but all had no idea what i was talking about.
Sent e-mails over a week ago to W.D. in the U.S. Australia and China but only China replied with, "please call the W.D. people in your own country, leave us alone, we can't help you from here". So... essentially, i'm seriously struggling to source this particular hdd or even an alternative as there is no space available for anything in this machine.

Has any-one else had experience with these unusual drives? or know where i could source one, importing to the UK if needed too?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Searching on the WD part listed nothing for me.

Searching on the Lenovo FRU gave a result from EET Europarts:
http://uk.eetgroup.com/i/16200616-Lenovo-5mm-500G-plus-16G-5400rpm-SSHD

Yoga Maintenance manual, page 60 lists the FRU as 16200616

Hope this helps,

Andy

i'd searched eet as their always good for unusual parts but i got nothing, what an awesome find, will call them tomorrow and see if they can deliver, many thanks Andy, thought i was "fricked", Will keep you posted...

I did notice that the system said there was a 10 day lead time, but for one of these drives which is very difficult to get, I'm sure that's acceptable.
