Stupid warranty stickers

Ask Scan to chase it up as they have all the details. they have a duty of service as they sold the laptop and it was sent back to them. Keep a paper trail

I tried yesterday and they just basically shrugged, so I gave them a week before I go to small claims. Chat logs retained.

oh good. just keep telling them. keep on to them. the goods weren't firt for purpose. The warrenty may have ran out now but it was with them at the time for warranty repair.

Just a note, most warranty stickers peal right off and can be reattached if you soften them up first with a blow dryer or heat gun . . .
