I got an e-mail today regarding changes to my account. They mentioned I was now classified as Early Adopter, and will continue to have lifetime updates/access etc.

So it looks like new pricing is now there for new customers and as usual they will need maintenance updates etc just like many other enterprise suites.

So if you tried them out early like I did, you have a free license.

Actually, it was that email that reminded me that I even signed up and I was in the market for just an app to avoid a klunky KVM.

Still, at $59 USD for a 5 year license (Synergy Ultimate) it's not a bad alternative to a KVM to allow seamless one keyboard/mouse over multiple desktop/laptops.

Thanks for posting. I got the same email recently but didn't see it. I'm an Early Adopter too :D

I started using synergy when they first started but stopped a few years ago.
I have also used Microsoft's "Mouse without Borders."
Its easy enough to use but doesn't work on Linux which is a deal breaker.

Doesn't work or no client? Because when I was setting it up, they had Linux binaries, not sure of the type or what is required to install them but they do have some Linux support.
