I am trying to implement TechSuite but everytime I double click to open the app, I get this message(attached). I have turned off Windows Defender Firewall and EMSI SOFT and Malawarebytes. I am running no AV right now. Still, I get the message. It is beyond frustrating because I used to be able to open her up and run the plan. I have done something to my Windows 10 laptop where this message now comes up but I cant remember what that must have been.

TechSuite tech support seems to be nonexistent and their website (Repairtech) is no help.

When you ask ‘is this on a domain’..I’m not quite up to speed on networking yet. My guess is the answer is no. I do have a workgroup. And a NAS although this situation appears unrelated.

Call me crazy... but I have zero patience for software that cannot operate with UAC set at its default settings. It's been a reality for two decades now and any developer that hasn't gotten their act together by now, doesn't deserve any support.

Disabling UAC significantly lowers security. Be sure to undo all your changes after you stop testing Techsuite. Honestly, Techsuite is crap. Anything that automatically runs multiple malware cleaners can cause more damage than they repair and they also can crash themselves without properly logging what they did or failed to do leaving you with a system who isn't fixed yet you have no idea what was done to it.

If you really want to properly clean up malware then learn how to use the Sysinternals tools from Microsoft. Autoruns, Process Explorer and Process Monitor are the 3 major tools that can tell you what is queued in the Registry to run, what services are running, and what other files those DLLs are calling.

There are many youtube videos that can teach you how to use them to find malware Really sophisticated malware can even hide from these but there are usually dead fragments that are left over that can clue you to what is running.

The problem with UAC is usually during the installation. Once installation has been completed you can usually restore it to a higher level of security and the problem child will work.
