Ok, I was able to access via Putty. Looks like I can make changes to "Inform," should I?
Taking @YeOldeStonecat 's suggestion of connecting the problem switch to the other switch made it show-up in the controller. I'm updating the firmware at the moment. I do find it interesting that it retained its 10.25.25.69 address even after being connected to the 10.58.58.xx LAN. It says it's ready to be adopted, but I'm not sure I should until I get this figured out.
There must be a reason the controller lost communication in the first place, which appears to be unresolved. This points me back to Untangle as that's where DNS, DHCP, etc. reside. Moving the switch to the 10.58.58.xx LAN and it appearing normally suggest the same to me.
Random thought: I vaguely recall reading something indicating NIC's built into the MB causing problems at times. Might this have anything to do with it?
