URGENT HELP! Vista Boot CD needed!

I'm a repair newbie here. Of course, I have my client has a BSOD. Vista machine, gateway. She doesn't have the original cds. Computer now will not boot up. Just hangs and goes back to the BSOD.

I need a Vista Boot CD. Where do I get one? How do I create one?

The BSOD errors were:
session3_initialization_failed
unmountable_boot_volume

check the hardware 1st. determine if it's hardware / software issue before reinstalling.

I also read that if you get this error when booting off a disk, it might be a problem with the dvd drive or the disk. If this is the case, try cleaning the disk and see if everything works.

If you need to repair Vista boot files you can download an iso and repair the boot files, do an automated recovery or go to a command line.
