The initial page for PCLoginNow says it is now freeware and downloadable for everyone, but when you follow the download links, it then informs you that it now requires a purchase ID from any previously purchased PC Tools product.

I've used Trinity Rescue Kit several times.

I second this. It has been a decent tool, though it might be intimidating since it is based on Linux. Luckily there are a few YouTube videos that can easy almost anyone through using it effectively.
