Windows Serious error

Hey folks,
Wife called me and said my 11 month old was playing on the desktop keyboad, which we always lock the computer using (winKey + L).
long story short.she got a blue screen of death. so i told her to restart the computer untill i am home.

this is what i got when and i want to ask if anyone saw this before
