I have a client with a strange problem, whereby the Windows Taskbar is hidden by any application window that is opened.
Of course minimising the opened window will reveal the taskbar as does changing the size of the opened window.
It only seems to happen when the opened window is full screen.
Also, moving the mouse down to where the taskbar would normally pop up if the taskbar was set to minimise, does not reveal it.
I've tried SFC /scannow, DISM, chkdsk, and looked in settings etc but cant find the cause.
The taskbar will pop up if the Windows key is pressed but it's annoying that that step is required.
Any help appreciated.
TIA
