They'll think "Hmm I wonder if all their other clients call on them way more - I want to make sure that I get this company's attention and fast response, let me call on them more often and become a priority". When you look good, you turn the tables on whoever you try to impress.

Ummm, what? I really don't think successful business owner thinks about their computer problems any further than:

"Crap, my computer doesn't work! Do I call the last guy or should I try to find someone better?"

Now guys, it's ok... Dont bash this guy to explain that we dont bash people on computer technician forums. We all know vista is junk and people that drive up to clients houses in luxury cars make a stretched image. It's ok. No need for fighting.
