$1200 Asus game laptop, DC jack repair and now fails POST

Yeah it's just one of those situations that you can't please them probably no matter what you do. It could even be a situation where the customer isn't telling the whole truth or he left something out that he didn't think was important to tell you.

I'm new to the whole google review world of disputes. Any luck with that yet?
From what I've always understood, it's pretty tough to do??
 
I'm sorry to hear about this Kevin, I worry about exactly this type of thing happening *all the time* after "The Geeks" spammed the Richmond area with fake bad reviews a while back. It's just as easy to have a customer go a little off the rails and leave a bad review.

From my dealings with Kevin he has been a very stand-up individual and very knowledgeable in his trade. He is a worthy and pleasant computer repair competitor in the Richmond area of which there is not a lot of. I am confident and happy to refer customers to him, and have, if I find I am unable to complete a certain job or lack the knowledge necessary.
