Advice on Dragon Naturally Speaking Software

Need some help here. One of my clients want to use the Dragon naturally speaking software for dictation. Now he has an older version of the program, ver7, and wants to know if its worth spending the money on getting the latest version of the program. The current company that owns the program does not to any comparisons of ver7 to ver11.. This makes things hard for me. I have no way of finding out what is the major difference of all these versions and what they offer. Now I have looked at google for help but I cant get what I am really looking for.

So my question to you guys and gals is this. Should my client keep what he has and just use it? Or does he go out and buy the latest version because its faster, has better features, etc etc..?

Personally I don't use this program at all so I cant really advise him on what to do, and he understands this.. I ask for any advice you can give me.. Thank you

The only experience I have with Dragon speak software is with a doctor's office. They have version 9 I believe w/ service pack 1.
They have fairly new laptops with WinXP and 2-3GB of ram and core2duo processors. Whenever someone wants to try out the software I load it for the user and it just kills the system and makes it so unusable that I end up uninstalling the software for the user. I have probably done that 10 times for different users and only have 1 still actively using it.
