Best free folder sync software

Customer wants folders with same data on all 3 of his computers so i was looking at folder sync software what is best free one has to have autosync,detect file collisions or conflicts,the ability to copy open or locked files.

I'm fond of SyncBack. I've used to pair up folders, I haven't tried 3 locations but it probably does it.

If it is a one to many type sync you may look at robocopy. It has a very nice mirroring feature that we use to update the common directory on client workstations. In this situation the robocopy mirror script runs at logon so that each new rep has the newest contents. The files are working/scratch files and some policy/instruction files. Some of the files are updated frequently, the rest are files the reps are supposed to use during their shift and then discard. This worked better then trying to get them to copy certain files from a network share or worry about them over-writing the master files on the share.
