[SOLVED] Best Remote Software?

I also have a Splashtop SOS account. The problem with it is macOS. Regardless of the Remote app used there are several hoops one has to go through to get full access.
Yes this is why I refuse to offer remote support on a Mac that hasn't previously been in the shop and had my remote support application installed on it. A lot of my clients are so computer illiterate they can barely find the icon to click on. I can't even imagine walking them through the 337 clicks required to give a remote support application all their permissions that Mac OS requires.
 
She doesn't install any software, she just goes to sites that aren't safe.

Your description of symptoms sounds like silent installation of malware with the symptoms being the effect of it running. I still think, given the scenario you've described, that using a standard account to give some "protection from herself" to this user is worth considering.

It would also be worth considering getting her to use a browser such as Brave or Vivaldi or similar which offer protection from a lot of this crap, too. Though if uBlock Origin is available for her favorite browser, that's fine, too.

This is clearly someone who's never going to learn and proactive technological and other preventive measures are necessary to the extent they can be implemented.

She goes on Facebook and clicks links that redirect her to scam sites. When she clicks, it happens immediately. She understands she's not supposed to do that and was super apologetic when she called this morning.

I did her deep scan already and WD didn't find anything this time. I'm running MalwareBytes advanced scan on C and D drives to include root kits. It's still going so I'll have it overnight and may just stay at the shop.

She has over 4,000 emails in her inbox. She says she never opens them but I have a feeling she has opened a few. She isn't in the best of health so I haven't gone through her emails with her yet to determine which are spam and which are not. It's going to take hours to do that and I'm not looking forward to it. I blocked a few obvious sites but I don't recognize a lot of them and I'm not going to open them to see what they are.

UPDDATE: customer is coming in tomorrow. Just got off the phone with her and we're going to talk about upgrading into either a Windows 11 laptop or Windows 11 AIO, both of which I have available. She'll be here tomorrow. THEN, we have to talk about moving her data over and going through her emails.
 
Even though I'm retired, I still support around 200 clients remotely in Australia and locally (Adelaide). Some are in the USA, Canada, Japan, and 2 in London.

I went all out and purchased a 5 year 1 Technician, 10 simultaneous connections license for a reasonable price after haggling with them.
I don't think I'll be renewing after this though.
