Changing Office 365 personal primary email address

Hi folks,
This client of mine foolishly used his outlook.com email to subscribe to some porn site. Now getting a flood of spam porn related emails.
Not much spam tightening options in hotmail.
So thinking of creating a new clean email account and transferring everything useful to it then he'll discontinue regular use of the now compromised account.
Looked up the net but doesn't appear such a change of primary email address was a consideration for MS
Hopefully someone here knows better

There's no reason to change it, just block the sender.

You will need to fix the MS account as well if you end up dumping the address.

Sounds like a pretty big mess really.... just how "tied" to this hotmail account are they?


May be the perfect time to go and get on some good email?

Only email address for everything.
Just regular home user.
The volume of spam seems to be reducing though.
