Wow. Imagine running a 3090 Ti Kingpin on it lol.

That's how the miners do it actually, they don't need all 16 lanes to run crypto workloads. With similar adapters you can break out an x16 into 16 x1 slots, and get 16 times the GPUs on the slot.

Hopefully the person that gets it has no issues.

I think it'd be a BIOS compatibility issue, not a fault. Will no doubt work fine with onboard graphics.
