Downgrade to 32 bit

New HP desktop windows 7 64 bit
the company has lots of legacy software that does not like 64 bit
A 1999 version of Quickbooks, there not ready to upgrade yet.

Can I get an HP 32 bit install disk from HP?

I like Toshiba were they give you the choice, but thats only laptops

If it is a commercial workstation, they probably can help you in getting the correct media. If it is a typical consumer computer, they might not be able to provide you a 32bit disc. They might end up having to go the route of paying for an upgrade, which is nice because the upgrades contain both 32 and 64 bit discs.
