The business plan has a three person minimum. What about all of the one person businesses which do not need that much service and high cost of paying for three people? If you do not need all of the extra features, are you certain Plus is not allowed for single person businesses?

The EULA mentions O365 Solo does not have the Commercial restrictions the Personal/Home do but I've not been able to find it. I've actually never heard of it until just now reading the EULA.
I agree the business has a right to make money, it just seemed illogical that they make a person running a one person business purchase three users. They may as well say, we do not want your business unless you have multiple users in your company. I would think they would want small companies which may grow into larger ones

All the features that makes Dropbox for Business useful are for more than one person. If you are a business of one then you have no need for those features.
