google white page

Got an odd one for you all. This is actually one of our work computers. When you search google for something the results page is completely white, the links and descriptions are there, if you select all the page you can see them, the links are clickable, almost as though everything is in white text. This is happening on both Chrome and Edge. I have tried reinstalling chrome, nothing changes, tried flushing dns, nothing changes, tried running complete internet repair, nothing changes.
Our other computer works fine so its only on that computer. It was a fresh install of chrome so ruled out any plugins, because it happens on Edge as well its not a Chrome issue. Every other webpage i've tried is working, cant imagine it being an ISP DNS issue as the other computer works.

Has anyone ever had this before?

Alex

Google was toast yesterday in many areas...would not be surprised that the problem is continuing.

check duck.com (duck duck go)

if that opens then it's google cloud services that is out of order once again.

That gives a "err_tunnel_connection_failed" in chrome on that computer, but works fine on this computer. This problem started happening on Friday.

I knew about this issue, but oddly didnt notice anything wrong from over here in the UK. I was still getting emails to my gmail account and my business email which uses gmail.

A VPN fixes this issue, but not ideal. I ran the windows troubleshooter and that removed all my network adapters and i couldnt get them back, i only got them back by doing an in place upgrade so now on 1903, but still google white page. Also bing doesnt work either, the same thing happens.
I dont understand why i dont have this issue on any other device using the same internet connection if a VPN fixes the issue.
At this stage im not even sure if an N&P will fix it!
