How do you get "your" tools onto the client's machine?

Here's the scenario... New customer with malware on their machine. Remote access makes sense due to distance issues. So you go through whatever process you have to get the customer to install your remote access program and you connect to their machine.

Now that you're connected to the client's machine, how do you get your tools (AdwCleaner, CCleaner, Malwarebytes, etc.) onto their machine so you can do the cleanup? Opening a browser and downloading the tools individually may be problematic if the machine is infected, and even if you can download, it may be very slow. I'm using Instant Housecall which does have a file transfer function, but it's also slow.

So how do you do this efficiently? (Note: I'm looking for a "generic" answer - not dependent upon any particular remote access program's features)

I will use either the file transfer function or download from the website. Most of my clients are on hi speed cable, but even the ones with Verizon dsl aren't too bad as far as transfer speeds. I can't say I've experienced a very slow connection/transfer lately, unless their pc is really buggered up bad.

I typically email them a link to my onedrive shared file of max rmm which has teamviewer or else a link to my screenconnect. I have found onedrive shared links to be the easiest as long as they can double click on the file and run it.

I use several methods.
However, the most recent addition is self-extracting password protected .exes stored on Dropbox.
I have categorized my tools into difference .exe such as short virus removal, medium, etc.
I share a file's link and also password protect that.
I remove the link as soon as I d/l to the client.
I have found this method of file transfer faster than ScreenConnect.

I use D7II, which has the ability to send a micro instance and it will then download what it needs as it needs it.

I do have a license for d7II, but don't use it very often. I'm not finding any documentation on how to create the micro instance you mention. Can you point me in a direction for this please?

Never mind. I found this...

I have a page on my website where myself and my tech can login and it has all the links to the tools. That way when on-site I can just get the 3 or 4 main tools really fast from the internet. I used to do a flash drive but it was too much work to keep it all updated. For remote jobs I use screenconnect and the toolbox.
