Here's the scenario... New customer with malware on their machine. Remote access makes sense due to distance issues. So you go through whatever process you have to get the customer to install your remote access program and you connect to their machine.
Now that you're connected to the client's machine, how do you get your tools (AdwCleaner, CCleaner, Malwarebytes, etc.) onto their machine so you can do the cleanup? Opening a browser and downloading the tools individually may be problematic if the machine is infected, and even if you can download, it may be very slow. I'm using Instant Housecall which does have a file transfer function, but it's also slow.
So how do you do this efficiently? (Note: I'm looking for a "generic" answer - not dependent upon any particular remote access program's features)
