We are using RepairShopr and would like to start collecting client signatures on check-in using the Topaz signature Reader (not yet purchased).
How do you use this in your workflow? Check them in and have them sign? Sign what? What am I signing? Do you have a monitor facing the customer so they can read your T&C's or so that they can review what you've written on the Check In Form? Do you have a printed sheet with your T&C's next to the reader?
While we want to cover ourselves, we also don't want people camping out in our office reading forms on Check-In.
And then, WHICH topaz reader would you recommend? They run from $110 on Amazon to $500 for a big LCD display - is this necessary?
Just looking for simply advice on how you use this in your workflow.
