A politician visits a country town and asks the country folk what their needs are.

“We have two basic needs honourable Sir”, replies the mayor.

“Firstly, we have a hospital but no doctor”.

On hearing this, the politician reaches for his mobile phone.....

After an animated conversation with "someone" on the phone, he proudly announces that there’d be a doctor there tomorrow morning and asked for the second problem.

“…secondly Sir, there is no mobile phone coverage anywhere in the town”.
