I feel that. Never fails, someone is getting bad emails from a client, I ask them to forward a copy of the message (so I can review headers, etc) and what I get is a frickin screenshot, from a phone !!

People do that all the time, especially in lost and found animals. Instead of posting a link to the person who lost the dog, they post a screenshot. I feel like screaming at some of them to use their brain and make it easier for the finder to contact the person. Or they'll post "here, go to this link and you'll find what you need" and they post a screenshot with NO web address. If I'm going to refer someone, I post a link every time, never a screenshot.
