By a small number, they mean, "All of them"

Got to love the MBA excuse speak. I had an Altima with multiple transmission failures. 4 total. First one was at 18k miles. Not long after the second one, which was out of warranty, 44k, so I had to pay for it, I got a letter from Nissan saying they had tripled the warranty terms to 108k miles from 36k "due concerns over a very small increase in the number of failures". LOL!!!
