LMIR vs Teamviewer

crossloop.com

i'm curious about everyones thoughts on the services offered by Crossloop.com
i am currently using them for occasional support to customers. haven't really had a problem yet.

Has anyone tried simple-help.com?
I have tested it but I am afraid of the Java requirement might cause problems especially when working with virus related issues.
Please check it out and let me know what you think of it. Pro / Con

I can't see the basics being much different than chunkvnc or PcHelpware except with a front end you need to install that can act as a viewer or server

TV will negotiate. I contacted them a long time ago asking if they offer a "limited" type of version or something for smaller businesses as I didn't plan on using it more than 5 times a month or so. I forgot the actual response, but the price was a couple hundred less but it had some limitations. I think how many times it can be used in a month.

I recently spoke to a rep at Teamviewer. He told me you can get a basic package for $500 that lets you use it for 50 hours a month . You can also upgrade this anytime to any of the other more expensive options.

The thing that stands out for me with Teamviewer is the ability to create your own style app. You can download it from

EDIT/ cannot post links yet :( - but if you goto teamviewer.com & click download there is a option there to create your own personal teamviewer with your logo (click & run - no installation for the client)

I have got my own logo on there & all the client has to do is open the .exe file & give me the access code. Looks very professional and only 2 steps to allow me full access to there PC (without installing any files!)

Been a very valuable tool for our business.

I'm pretty sure the customization feature is available with LMIR- and I know it is with ScreenConnect since that is what we use. Customization is definitely a nice feature so customers don't start asking tons of questions :)

No contest, Teamviewer by the length of the straight! I have a script on my webserver, I get the client to type in the url address in the run box that downloads the script to automatically run the QS version of Teamviewer in silent mode. As long as they have a working Internet connection whether it be in real mode or safe mode, never fails.

If possible, the script or an example please!
Thank you :)
