Yes, thats where I was. The user is listed as archive disabled, but gives me the error trying to turn it on.That error happens when you're trying to enable an archive on a mailbox that already has one. Admin -> Compliance -> Information Governance -> Archive.
It should list all mailboxes and if their archives are turned on.
