managed social media costs?

Due to my current void in the business world (over 2 months no calls) I have now burned my peepers out in managing my social media and feel like I have barely scratched the surface. What am I overlooking besides
reviewers like Angieslist, Google Reviews or yelp (extortionists), Alignable, Hootsuite, Facebook, Instagram, Adwords, LinkedIn, YouTube, Affiliate Marketing and email marketing? This feels like two extra full-time jobs, but I'm not gonna leave my biz and go into this realm! I've blindly sent out a A request for proposal (RFP) and received one reply, but how does one base the pitch and background skills to formulate an ROI and competitive price?
