I have been using office 365 E3 plan a couple of years now and recently decided to purchase the MAP with the discounts I found thanks to the forums here came out to the same price I was paying. Anyway long story short I have the MAP office 365 E3 subscription added to my account but it's showing that I now have 2 E3 subscriptions, the MAP is annual and I am paying the other monthly giving me a total of 6 Licenses.
Being that I purchased the MAP product I was hoping I could cancel the single E3 plan, I decided to contact Microsoft support before removing it incase I loose my data. Well the Microsoft rep I was connected to hadn't heard of the MAP product and couldn't help much also the team which may have been able to help is gone for the weekend.
I have to wait until Tuesday to find out if the single plan can be removed, also I have read through the Partner agreement and there is a chance I have to keep both subscriptions to be compliant.
I figured I would check here to see if anyone in the forum has added the MAP office 365 E3 product to an existing office 365 E3 plan and was able to remove the single plan without issue.
