So - interesting little scenario today - hopefully this can help out someone else.
Customer bought a brand new ASUS Vivobook - wanted it fresh installed with Windows 11 - and to bypass the MS account garbage.
Booted to freshly made Win11 install from rufus - had to install Intel 19.5 rst driver in order to find the SSD - found it..... now here is where it got interesting.
It wouldn't let me delete the partition... option was grayed out. Said something like: Windows 11 cant be installed here because the drive is MBR instead of GPT - which is nonsense....
I restarted with my Windows 10 stick, had to install rst driver again - and then showed the SSD drive fine... was able to delete all partitions.
Restart with Windows 11 stick, install RST - and then presto - install worked....
What a pain in the butt!!!!
