<p?We are Acu IT Solutions-

Paragraph starting:Valued customer relationship. Appears to need an extra line break before starting.

http://www.acu-it.co.uk/home-computer-repair.php page
paragraphs starting:Make a note of it.. again appears to need a extra line break before the start of the para.

Remote support page. Appears to be from your old site. Different layout, differing logo etc.

http://www.acu-it.co.uk/wifi-network-install-setup.php page.

HELPLINE FOR WIRELESS NETWORK INSTALLATION - 0141 336 6682

The telephone number appears to be split over 2 lines. Personally I think its better with your tel no on its own line.

http://www.acu-it.co.uk/virus-malware-removal.php page

font size appears to be different compared to the other pages.

http://www.acu-it.co.uk/microsoft-office365.php page

Font colour headers are red. All other pages the headers are black.

http://www.acu-it.co.uk/google-apps-for-business.php page.

There is no content on the page.

http://www.acu-it.co.uk/blog/ page.

Completely different layout compared to the remainder of the site. Is this intentional?

Get rid of the stretched photos, and in your nav menu you have just a little bit of white link line showing under the left edge of the nav buttons. That may be because they are the drop down menus but it doesn't really scream drop down menu. And the big red button isn't that the stable easy button?

All in all it looks very professional, just needs a few tweeks. I like the newsletter sign up, I feel kind of dumb not having that option on my site.

That picture on your landing page of the harried looking woman with 4 laptops looks odd. The aspect ratio is wrong. She looks a little "flat"

Thanks will look into the issues. Although stretch images I wondering about what size and resolution you guys are using as I have reduced the ones on the site

I don't think "Your IT should be should be a help not stress" is very good grammar. It doesn't read well to me.

think most of the issues raised are gone now.. apart from blank apps page as hate the current content so it in process of a rewording.

blog, store and remote pages are intentionally different. Always have been. just makes so much easier for our clients to notice they not on main site plus more basic the remote page the better for some of our clients.

yeah i spent ages on those dots and in the end decided. Does anyone really notice? i decided probably not compared to time to solve. you proved me wrong :-) but not going to spend any time on them as take more time to fix than see benefit for (although will bug me and end up doing during freetime).

Big red button is something we have always used basically a generic red button but always makes so much easier for our clients to find where you want them to click for remote support, and it sticks in most of their heads for next time. So much easier to say "click on the big red button" than "at bottom of the page do you see where it say's remote support/enter code", most of the time it silent reply and "i cant find it", whereas big button = "yeah," or "hehehehe how can i miss that". As for who else uses it probably loads (a google search brings up all sorts)

she's gone (was never a great fan of that pic myself) but was only one at the time that portrayed the advert and in the end it just ended up forgotten about and blurred into mind as always being part of the site design.

so hopefully i've not missed anything anyone mentioned and i am grateful for all the feedback.

Mobile & paul.. yeah sorted was another of those look too long and get distracted by other things items, that advert has slightly changed now.

glenn - Menu issue is like the dots. Spent a while trying to sort as only occurs in certain resolutions before mobile design size kicks in. so fix is a work in progress as not enough of an issue to revert back to old design.
