I'm working on this as we speak. Thank god for Technibble. I tried the Recovery Console but I was unable to access it because the "administrator password". The customer said she didn't know it so I changed it via the offline password reset utility. I still couldn't access the recovery console.Hmmm...So I simply booted unto UBCDWIN, changed the spuninst.txt into spuninst.bat. Worked like brand new money!
